The worst experience possible :( we have spent nearly an hour in the shop wanting to buy a laptop/tablet. Firstly, we had to wait a while to be noticed by a member of staff, then it took them a while to find the product we wanted. As soon as we'd left the shop we've realised that the product we have is not what we wanted. Went back, they opened the box and it was not what we wanted, it was the cheaper version. On display there were 3 tablets with keyboard attached, all 3 different price. We've chosen one, but then they have said that the display prices are wrong!? Who's fault is that? At the end we've cancelled our purchase and heard "sorry", just like it was insignificant error. Very bad customer service. Wouldn't recommend that shop in Norwich to anyone.
